It's simple.
1) First you have to write to his office.
2) Then they will call you within three or four days and ask you about what you intend to discuss with the King. If they are not satisfied with your request, they will politely decline an audience.
3) If they accept, then you have to go to an interview, again to check your appropriateness.
4) Finally, you will be permitted to speak to the King himself.
The king specified one day of the week for meeting the people: Tuesday.
To His Majesty the King and Queen
Sire,
Mrs,
My name is Kawuma Henry, living in Groot Bijgaarden Belgium and originally from Uganda.
I am writing to you this letter to draw your attention to, among other things, the health of the Kabaka (King) or Buganda in Uganda.
The Kabaka of Buganda is seriously ill, presumably from poisoning, and needs specialized medical care which is not available in Uganda.
Ugandans have already raised the necessary funds to pay for specialist medical care abroad, but Mr. Museveni refuses to allow him to leave the country.
With this letter I would like to take the opportunity to briefly outline the current situation in Uganda.
The 35-year Dictatorship in Uganda has reached a peak. Under Mr. Musiveni is a silent but fierce genocide going on. Likewise, anyone who dares to talk about the continuous and massive violation of human rights is be killed without delay. The only law that is obeyed is, 'Order from above, namely from Mr. Museveni '.
The late Catholic Archbishop of Kampala, Kizito Kwanga, was murdered and buried this month. The late Catholic Bishop of Masaka, Kagwa, was murdered less than two months ago. Muslim clerics, priests and ordinary innocent civilians are kidnapped, tortured and many murdered. Eyes are gouged out, nails pulled out, men are castrated, women are gang-misused by government soldiers.
People are forcibly driven from their lands without any compensation. The impunity of the security services is extraordinary.
The story of the current situation in Uganda is long and the misery and suffering of the citizens is endless.
We request your intervention to make the alarm to encourage the Swedish and European governments to put pressure on Mr. Museveni de Kabaka to leave Buganda for medical assistance abroad. Before it's too late.
Sire, Madam, on behalf of the Ugandan community in In Diaspora, I kindly and humbly thank you for your willingness to consider our request urgently.
I remain at your disposal if you wish to receive more information about this.
I may ask the Queen and the Queen to accept the declaration of my deep reverence,
Kawuma Henry
