first do the jungle relic completing 3 (then accidentally a fourth) challenges in each challenge you capture a Pokemon one of them is flygon when you beat the game the capture arena holds it you cant keep it as a friend though

I admit I too had a lot of trouble with Flygon (hehe took me 3 tries), do not use Plusle or Minun, well duh...it's half ground. It takes a ton of patience, I'm not sure you will have any Pokemon besides Plusle or Minun (ok you won't) so just try to circle it between it's whirlwind attacks, told you, patience needed
^^ AHA, it took me like 109092 tries :') Its really hard but just do it quickly, you can use the Plusle/Minun if its in the middle though!♥
