Using the platforms on the side of the wheel, enter the inner section of the wheel, where Jack is. When you hit him, he will become trapped in the wheel after a brief cutscene. To free him, slash him with your sword as he reaches the top of the wheel. If you miss, just wait for him to come around again. Rinse and repeat. As you continue to hit him, the LEGO bricks in the side if the wheel will fall off until only a platform remains. If you fall off, you are taken back up to the wheel with no penalty. In about five minutes, Jack should be defeated
