How do you beat Whitney on Pokemon Stadium 2?

i just beat her with my lv. 24 quilava, lv. 24 pidgeotto, lv. 25 crocanaw and lv. 24 ivasaur so u might wana use the cheat code action replay available at GameStop and other game stores. or u could level up your Pokemon the same level that the last gym leader's strongest Pokemon level was. hope u beat her. oh wait, u need to talk to her after u beet her.

Ah....you are at the terror we all know as Whitney. She uses Normal types, so the best thing to do is to pick up a Geodude on route 46, which is the gate on the first route of the game. Either there, or at Union Cave, where you can also get Onix Preferably, pick up a female one. Raise it to around level 20. A female Rock type will prevent attract, and make sure all of her damaging moves aren't very effective. Hope it helps!

In SoulSilver, after making it to Goldenrod City you need to get the Radio Card from the Radio Tower before you can battle Whitney.
