How do i get inside the lighthouse in Pokemon shiny gold?

it is in olivine city in the far south right corner and then u go up the stairs in the light house and follow it up to the top and there is a door up the top enter it then keep following it to get to the gym badge leader

you go to olivine city and go to the very right part of olivine and your going to see a sailor. When you do get the building and go trough the stairs not the elevator because if you go there your going to end up on the roof ( where you were suppose to be) with the door locked ( that door wasn't suppose to be locked but it was actually special because a gym trainer is waiting for you on top.

NOTE you need some medicines for a electric Type or then nothing is going to happen

If you're playing on a cartridge, then there is no way to get into the lighthouse. Sorry... Don't feel bad though, my cartridge had Beta 2 as well.

on the 4th floor on the right ( i think, or left ) it is hard to see, but it looks like a window...
