Performance rights for Disney's On The Record are currently unavailable. The show's lack of critical success probably puts this lower down the licensing totem poll at Disney Theatrical than shows like Aladdin and Newsies, both set to be available soon.
However, it is a great musical revue and one can only hope that Disney will eventually release it. If that happens, it will probably be through MTI, as that is who licenses Disney's musicals at present.

A performance record refers to a documented history of an individual's or organization's achievements, accomplishments, and outcomes in a specific area of work or activity. It may include data such as sales figures, project completion times, customer satisfaction ratings, or other metrics that reflect the success and effectiveness of their performance. This record is used to evaluate and assess the quality of work and progress over time.

In the phrase "performance record," the word "record" means log, listing, history, or catalog. Therefore, a performance record is the performance history a person, team, company, or organization has. For instance, Frank Sinatra's performance record would include a list of all of the places he sang, including, perhaps, the size of the audience. It would also include all of the awards he received (Grammies, for instance). Mario Andretti's performance record would be a list of all of the car races he participated in, what his driving times were, how many he won, what records he broke. Tire manufacturers have performance records on different grades of tires. There are performance records for all machinery that is tested. A customer service group has a "performance record" based on how many problems they solved (of the ones submitted to them) and what their customer satisfaction rating is. An individual employee has a "performance record" that is based on how well the person did his/her job. So, you see, "performance record" depends a lot on what or who you are looking at.
The Darfur genocide is a particular blot on the human rights record of Sudan.
Performing rights societies act as clearinghouses for performance rights on behalf of many copyright owners. As a rightsholder, a performing rights society helps you negotiate performance licenses and collect fees; they may also work to connect you with potential licensees.
