There is no 'easy' way such as in gold, silver, and crystal, but you can just keep fishing for one and hope for the best, but you have a really low chance of that.
There is however one easy way, and that is to use an action replay. this way you could use a code to change all of your Pokemon to shiny ones.
There are many codes, and ways with an action replay to get a shining Garydos, but if you don't have one, you could keep trying, and you might get lucky. Good luck. :)
A Magikarp can evolve into a red Gyarados. The Magikarp needs to be a shiny Magikarp in order for it to evolve into a red Gyarados. This is due to the red Gyarados simply being a shiny Gyarados.
In HeartGold and SoulSilver, there is a red Gyarados that you have to either defeat or capture at Lake of Rage. Other than that, there are no games that do that.
you can get an exp share by giving mr Pokemon the red scale you got after beating the red gyarados in the lake of rage.
Yes, there is a shiny Gyarados, a.k.a., the red Gyarados.
there is no red gyarados. its just a shiny Pokemon and its red. not a huge thing
In The lake of Rage in Soulsilver/Heartgold
you get it after catching or defeating red gyarados
go to the lake of rage with surf and you see a red gyarados talk with him and you can cath a shiny gyarados
Easy! Just trade the red gyarados from soulsilver to diamond.
In SoulSilver, Mr. Pokémon will give you the Exp. Share in exchange for the Red Scale that you had received after defeating or catching the Red Gyarados.
Here are two ways to get Shiny Gyarados (Red Gyarados):Trade the Shiny Gyarados from Pokemon SoulSilver/HeartGold that you have gotten in the Lake of Rage to Pokemon Diamond.Fish or swim in the area where Gyarados spawn vastly. However, this is the longest way to do it, because the shiny rate is 1/8192. I'd recommend trading from SoulSilver or HeartGold.
Red Gyarados has no advantages over regular Gyarados. Red Gyarados is a shiny Pokemon, which has a different appearance but has identical stats to regular Gyarados.
Red Gyarados should be catchable in heartgold/soulsilver like in the original gold/silver series. Itt should be caught in the lake most northern of the johto region. hope this helps you. =)
The red Gyarados is simply a shiny Gyarados. This means the red Gyarados is not any stronger or weaker than other Gyarados. Gyarados in general is considered to be a very powerful Pokemon for how easy it is to get.
Go to the Lake of Rage in Johto(When it isn't raining) go to the upper right, then surf to the red Gyrados who will be looking around for some reason.
A Magikarp can evolve into a red Gyarados. The Magikarp needs to be a shiny Magikarp in order for it to evolve into a red Gyarados. This is due to the red Gyarados simply being a shiny Gyarados.
Shinies are random. However, there was a Shiny Pichu event. The only guarenteed shiny you can get is the Red Gyarados, located at the Lake of Rage.
