Yes Kat Von D does wear thongs. she got a tattoo of one of the girls faces on LA Ink and it was on the side of her hip so she had to pull her pants down but she kept her red lacey thong up and in clear veiw and i thought it wasn't really attractive by the way it looked on her, it looked big, but she got up and you could clearly see how it fit because she pulled her pants back up after showing her friends and I could see it getting pushed up so imagine how that wedgie must feel.
