Yes, they certainly do. In one episode, where Katara keeps asking the fortune teller, Aunt May, what her future will be, who she'll marry and how many children she'll have. Aunt May actually said, "You will die in your sleep after your third great grandchild will be born." So there's a big chance that Aang and Katara will get married. Unless they did not get a proper wedding.

I don't know if there is a marriage, per se, in the Avatar world, but they did get together and had three children: Kya, Bumi, and Tenzin. Kya and Bumi are both non-benders, but Tenzin is an airbender.
