Not unless there's a completely different set of Japanese episodes from what I've seen. Whoever told you that was probably just a crazed fan obsessed with the couple. Most evidence of Takeru (TK) and Hikari (Kari) liking each other that way (i.e. "I care about you." from Ep. 13) was actually added by the English dubbers.

The only real evidence in the Japanese version that states that Hikari and Takeru were anything more than just good friends is that in the final episode, Tai's son calls Takeru "Takeru-ojisan" which does mean "Uncle Takeru." This is very debatable, however, since friends of the family are often called aunts and uncles, even when they aren't related to the parents- especially in Japan where any adult male, even a perfect stranger, can be referred to as "ojisan."

T.K and Kari date when they grow up, but Kari thinks that T.k is more of a brother than a lover, so she realizes that she has feelings for Davis.

^ whoever wrote this doesn't know their Digimon history like they think they do. Kari has no specifically shown Preference Boy that she likes. Willis simply caught Kari off Guard when he kissed her cheek. She DOES however often seem to flirt with Tk this is mainly done to annoy Davis though. Kari's husband is never officially shown meaning that he was one who didn't have a digimon partner because not everyone in the world was able to become digidestined. Kari mainly stated that she wished this would be what the world would be like but in reality it wasn't. It IS shown that TK does somewhat like Kari but he's too nervous to speak it fearing that she would reject him and thus their friendship would become rocky and eventually they would stop seeing each other all together unless forced to do so by going to the digital world. but the main point is that Kari though she looks up to TK as a good friend doesn't actually like him in the way that you are asking. she does like hanging around with him though and they are good friends.

I won't completely disagree with ID1376569715, but as far as I know, there is no solid evidence that Kari married Tk at the end of Digimon. The only pairings that were definitely married are Sora and Yamato (Matt), along with Ken and Miyako (Yolei). I hope that Tk married Kari, but I'd have to say that there it is not confirmed and most people believe that Tk and Kari married other unknown characters.
