If you are referring to the chapter where Shinsengumi was trying to move Yorozuya and Shimura Tae from their cherry blossom picnic spot in the park and ended up having a Rock-paper-scissors contest, only to have Katsura gate-crash the party with a gigantic Mobile Suit, that was the very first anime episode that introduced the Gintama anime series to the world.
It was released as an OVA in Jump Festa 2005 (held in Dec 2004), supposedly the prototype, before Gintama went on air in year 2006 April. Subsequently, the OVA was partially aired on TV in Japan as part of Episode 125. An official book with the same title comprising screen captures of this episode is also available.
