No he did not murder anyone! He died from suicide
No she did not commit suicide intentionally. She over dosed on pills accidentally and died - This is debatable. She had been on pills basically since before she was 13, had five failed marriages, and 99% of her life revolved around her career-which was struggling or next to nonexistent. She was no longer a young star, and struggled mentally and emotionally, as well as with addictions. Due to her long term substance abuse, she had cirrhosis of the liver. That is all very true, but it is also possible that her tolerance to them was up to the point where she would have to keep taking more to finally get the effects. It's possible when she took the pills it was in response to a previous dose not working and finally it was to much and her body couldn't take it anymore. Plus, her main type of suicide was by cutting herself, she seemed to prefer that than trying to overdose. Just throwing that in there as a side note.
The cast of Commit. - 2007 includes: Nicole Blaine as Trista Forest Erickson as Perry

If you mean Judy Garland, the actress who played the role in the 1939 film version, here is what Wikipedia says about the end of her life: "On June 22, 1969, Garland was found dead in the bathroom of her rented Chelsea, London house, by her last husband, Mickey Deans. Coroner Gavin Thursdon stated that the cause of death was accidental overdose of barbiturates; her blood contained the equivalent of ten 1.5-grain Seconal capsules.[20] Garland had turned 47 just over a week prior to her death."

No.
No. It is not possible for anyone to force anyone to commit suicide. Suicide is a choice like every other thing a person does. No one is ever responsible for what anyone does to them, but that person is 100% responsible for what they do with it.
