Shirley Temple never attended college, though producer David Selznick, who had her under contract (film Since You Went Away) in the mid-1940's, gave her the option of doing so. She chose to marry (actor John Agar) instead. Westlake Shcool for girls was her final school (she graduated high school there in 1944 or 1945, and married her first husband shortly thereafter in late 1945). She did co-star in the film Mr. Belvedere Goes to College (late 1940's). And in the 1950-60 time period, she took an interior decorating course. I believe also, she may have an honarary degree only, due to her work as a diplomat.

She was educated on the lot of 20th Century Fox during her movie career, and then attended private school at Lakeside School for Girls.
