This is a question of debate. Her father Henry VIII died of something that kind-of rotted him away. His son Edward VI was very sickly and died at a young age of something that is not definitely set. Elizabeth I lived a long and healthy life (a bout of small pox but then everybody back then had that) but she was barren.

It is not likely that someone lives as long as Elizabeth did (and as coherently) with Syphilis.
