Lucille and Desi had two three children together: Their first child was Madeline Linda Arnaz (who was adopted by Ruth Green Smith whom changed the child's name hence the child had 3 birth certificates), Lucie Desiree Arnaz and Desi Arnez Jr. (born Desiderio Alberto Arnaz IV) were their 2nd and 3rd children.

Years later, Desi Jr. was obligated to take a paternity test because social services had invested in the maintenance of Julia his biological daughter during the years that he did not acknowledge her. Once the testing was established and the involved familial and legal parties were satisfied, Julia reports that her life remained the same as before her father recognized her.

The County where social services funds had been withdrawn by Julia's mother had to be refunded by Desi Jr. Julia had thought she and her father would solve their differences but it wasn't to be. She continues working as a waitress, the same as before her father admitted to paternity and only because it was court ordered as in all cases where county funds have been used to raise a child whose absent parent is not identified.

Attorney Blaine T. Bettinger is the main speaker for this SyndicatedNews.NET episode which explains the procedure Carlson used to certify her lineage. The show was a medical and legal panel discussion not an open free-for-all.

While the broadcast by Dr. Bettinger (the DNA specialist and attorney delivering a comprehensive medical and legal DNA explanation) was being aired, a self appointed blogger called the show identifying him or herself as an "I LOVE LUCY Historian".

SyndicatedNews.NET had already identified the blogger to the pertinent familial and legal parties and while agreeing to being aware of said person, they also stated that he or she has never been authorized to identify him or herself as the family historian.
