In Star Trek IV the Voyage Home (1986) , at the 1hr 12min 33 sec mark it would appear to be a VERY young Jim Carrey in a small speaking role, monitoring a radar unit on board a Naval ship while Uhura and Checkov are stealing nuclear material to repair the Klingon Bird of Prey. He says "That's too weird, Commander?" Second line is "Yes sir, but we apparently are getting a power drain, it must be coming from inside the ship" It also appears that they "dubbed over" his voice with another voice actor.
