There was never any nipple slip. A KIDS show is not going to have an UNDERAGE actress shoot a scene without any bra on when her character is supposed to be wearing a bra. Even R rated movies wouldn't have an adult actress be totally topless if the scene didn't call for the nudity to be shown. She would be wearing pasties at least.
