yes.you can but you need to complete the game first. then go to ranger net and select the mission for dialga instead plakia.when you start the misson it starts at chicole village but noone is home. when you are about to ieave chicole village, Windey comes to pick you up. she gives you your styler back then she flys you to Almia castle. you hear dialga roar sometimes.when you get to a room in the castle. you see agiant ice block. make sure you are ready because you have to capture it quick otherwise it will use roar of time.GOOD LUCK!

SteveTorterra can be found in two places in the Vien Forest. The first one is south of Lookout Ridge. You need to use 3 cut on a log blocking the path. To the right of the path is a Moving Tree that you need to use 4 Tackle on. The tree is a Torterra. The second one is out the river where you find Blastoise. You need to take a ride on Floatzel. On Floatzel go left, up (past the first pier where the fisherman is) Left, up. Get off Floatzel at the second pier. Walk across the bridge. Keep walking down until you see a Shiftry then walk right until you get to a large patch of grass. At the bottom is a Moving Tree. Use 4 Tackle on it. The tree is a Torterra.
