Yes you can always go back and fight nascour again in realagam tower and get metagross.

Yes you can try to battle and catch Entei again if you've defeated him in Mt. Battle and in the Realgam Tower in "Pokémon Colosseum." The same Cipher Admin who has it who is named Dakim can be found as 1 of the trainers in the Deep Colosseum challenge.
