Am I fat if im 7 stone and 11 years old?

Look you are definite not fat!. if people have called you fat that is ridiculous. Ok i weighed 6 and half when i was 11 but that was because i was trying to lose weight u are average!. so live your life and have fun and 100% dnt try and lose weight :)

11 stone equals 154 pounds. If you are of average build and normal height (or even up to 10% taller), as a 12 year-old boy or girl, you are overweight. Please see my comment on the discussion page.

NO you are not fat. The average weight for a 11 yr old is around 90-135. This is coming from a doctor. thank you

you are not fat! you are growing and will gain weight at this point in your life but will most likely lose it eventually :)
