if you forgot it, email Bella Sara at customerservice@hiddencitygames.com. if you remember it but it won't work, email them asking for a username/ password. before you email them though, see if you are using firefox or safari. they may not work as well as internet explorer, so try that. this happened to me too (but it was with my password) but it turned out okay. good luck!
