to get rayquaza you have to have first found him and saved the world from groudon and kyogre's battle. you then have to go back to the top of the sky pillar, you will need a mach bike. you should get him before you do the sootopolis gym because he is lvl 70 when you get him. i used a lvl 48 aggron to get him on low health and then used an ultra ball. aggron has really good defense and is only really effected by things that are super effective..to get groudon or kyogre you have to beat the Pokemon league then go to the weather institute {where you got castform or next to fortree city} and talk to the scientist upstairs to the left and he will say that there's a drought on a route,that's where groudon is. he is in a cave on that route. but you have to hurry because he will not be there all the time. if you didnt find him talk to the scientist again and groudon will be on a different route. do the same thing to get kyogre.kyogre wil be underwater so make sure yo have a Pokemon with you that knows dive.kyogre is also in a cave but underwater.it might be hard catching them.good luck! I did it this way and now I have over 500 Master Balls. So it is safe. Then go try to capture them. Save in front of them in case you kill them. Also, just throw a master ball at it in the beginning.Everything is correct just be careful when cloning because i lost my mewtwo and some good legendaries by cloning but other than that...
