You have Windows XP and the game Dogz 4 seems to freeze. What is the problem?

Most probably, a bad video driver. Check the driver versions, not only of the video driver, but of everything in the OS, and check with the manufacturer of the game to see if they have an updated version or if they know of this problem. Also, check that your anti-virus is up to date and that you are not infected.

If you want to make catz and dogz play together, you have to have both Dogz 5 and Catz 5 (or Petz 5). then you just choose a cat and a dog and bring them out. Catz and dogz cannot breed.
