Yes it's a completely different system and your minecraft on Xbox will be connected with your XBL account.
Minecraft Xbox 360 edition and Minecraft (PC) are two separate games; if you want the Xbox edition, you'll have to pay with Microsoft Points. If you want the PC version, you'll have to pay for a Mojang account. It's best to be aware that buying any one version will not grant you license to download/play another version; you have to buy each version separately, the same with the mobile/tablet version and so on. There isn't a Minecraft Xbox 360 disk; you buy it with Microsoft Points via the Xbox Live Marketplace: only an internet connection is needed. Not sure about whether or not it requires a Gold membership as I only have the PC version and have no plans to buy any other edition.
You can also play on any other computer. (Windows, Mac OSX, Linux) Please note that Minecraft requires at least 1 GB of RAM. Minecraft is out on Xbox 360 and smart phones too.
You need to make an account and then pay for Minecraft and download it.
It is free to make an account on the Minecraft website, but you have to pay to play the game.
You can download Vuze on the Xbox 360 dashboard. After, launch the application and go through the set up. I believe you have to pay for the service.

Yes, you can get a free silver account or pay for a gold account. You can only play games online with a gold account. See here for pricings: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xbox_Live#Pricing_and_subscriptions
I think you do have to pay for the xbox live, however it will need to be by credit card on the official xbox site. but i do think that the codes are interchangable between original and 360. however you cannot directly use a xbox live 360 code on the original xbox, you will need to redeem it on the xbox 360.
pay 100$ once for a hooker..
they will pay you about 350 bucks
Usually on Xbox live, all updates are free. So you won't need to pay for the updates.
