Yes. But I would reccommend buying a whole new graphics card, or at least the same, as the 6970 will have to downclock automatically, making it the same as a 6450
This computer should be able to play "anything" on the market. However there are some very well known issues with games having excessive lagging on computers with Radeon, such as "Watch_Dogs". This is an issue with the games themselves (an awful port from console to PC), not the computer.

It is the same.
There are 1000 metres in one kilometre. Therefore, 6970 kilometres is equal to 6970 x 1000 = 6970000 metres.
I'm running an ati radeon hd 5850 and it can handle both of them at max settings with no stutter however newer models of it aren't as good. I recommend a 5870 (the model above) however see if you can get your hands on a 6950 it is a very worth investment as it has the same hardware as a 6970. You can flash it and run it as that instead. MY RECOMMENDED CHOICE: ati radeon hd6950
It is 6970%.

In one tablespoon, there is about 6970 mg of sodium.
It really depends on what your system has working in synchronization with the CPU, so for example, if you have 8gb of ram and a Radeon HD 6870, the dual core would work decent (not great), you would probably have the ability to play BF3 on medium to low settings (just an estimate).-Something to remember: i'm pretty sure BF3 recommends a quad core CPU or higher. Also, if you have a dual core, but a very high end graphics card (ex: GTX 570,580/ Radeon HD 6970, 6990), the graphics card will be bottlenecked by the CPU.
