As of October 2014, Mojang has not announced for Minecraft to be released for any Nintendo consoles. The chance of that happening is also extremely slim because Mojang is now under Microsoft, and Nintendo lacks 3rd party support in the West. However, unofficial clones of Minecraft has been announced to be in development for the Nintendo 3DS, but not for the Nintendo DS
