Will Dragon Ball continue after the GT?

Akira Toriyama planned on continuing dragon ball GT but he had given up. I'm not sure why but maybe because after GT was made it kinda left the story of dragon ball hopeless. Dragon ball GT was no where as popular as Dragon Ball Z, Akira Toriyama played a really small part in producing GT. I've tried my best to at-least imagine a possible story-line to keep dragon ball interesting.

The Dragon Ball series ends with Goku saving the world. The power of the dragon balls were abused far to many times, in that case Shenron says he has to leave and Goku joins him. Shenrons last words were that he will return when the earth is in need of him once again. But as of now they will have to do without it.

Many years later, the Dragon Ball finally returns. In this new chapter there are many new characters. There are many warriors that have either Vegeta or Gokus Saiyan blood running through them. The world was at peace for hundreds of years until the people from freezas planet decide to invade Earth. After they realized how strong a saiyan can become they did nothing but become more and more powerful. Each of freezas kind were told the story about how powerful Saiyans were. The stories were passed on year after year and most of them never really cared much except one. He was a natural born warrior and he had as much pride as Vegeta. He didn't want to believe that the Saiyans were a much more powerful race. He realized that the Saiyan blood must have been passed on through Goku and Vegeta. He plans on going to Earth to destroy anyone with Saiyan blood. This is when the Dragon balls appear and Goku's great grandson finds the four-star ball. He picks it up and is in shock. The stories of Goku and the dragon balls were shared year after year and they all expected the dragon balls to be back one day. He quickly brings the dragon ball to show his family. All of them are filled with joy that they have finally gotten to see a dragon ball but than it hits Goku jr(the one who found the dragon ball). He realized that the dragon balls must be back because danger may be approaching earth. They've come to realize that the dragon ball returning is a sign that they must prepare to fight. However, because the world was at peace for such a long time they didn't train as much. Therefore, they were to weak and no match for what was coming for them. They then began doing more and more research about their ancestors past. Goku jr along side his 2 little brothers went off to find the descendants of the Z fighters. He was able to find the descendants of Vegeta, Krillin, Piccolo and Uub. He told them about the situation and told the stories of their ancestors. They were all ready to prepare for their big fight. They each began special training to prepare for their big fight. Each Saiyan was able to become Super Saiyan 4. It was a lot easier for them to gain such power since their ancestors were so powerful it passed on through them as well. The only thing was they weren't able to manage and control all their power. After a years worth of training the people of Freezas planet arrive on earth. They have studied Saiyans for many years and they were prepared for the fight. They were much more powerful than the Z fighters descendants. Just like the original Freeza, his worst nightmare was saiyans and he knew he had to get rid of every one of them. He knew that the world was at peace for so long and that the fighters on earth must have let their guard down. It was the perfect time for him to attack. After the Z fighters realized how afraid Freeza jr was of Saiyans they thought that it would be a good idea to use the dragon balls to wish back planet vegeta and the saiyans. However, it became the biggest mistake they made. They had very limited information of the Saiyan race, all they knew that they were all destroyed with their planet. They weren't aware about how dangerous some saiyans were and that they were evil. The wish made Freeza Jr terrified so he flees the earth. They all thought that they were finally safe. Little did they know, they got them selves in a much bigger problem. With the Saiyan race back, the universe is in great danger once again.
