I think eevee is a Pokemon that cannot breed. Have you checked that one is male and one is female?

well you need to have max friendship with your eevee first then it will evolve. But if you evolve it in daytime it will turn into a espeon and at nighttime it will turn into a unmbreon. i did that and he still wont evolve! i did it too and it seems like it doesn't like me that much, just slightly i did it 2 u give rubbish advice u SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!1 xxx that's coz you cant evolve eevee into espeon, umbreon, leafeon, or glaceon in leaf green. that's coz they are not in that pokedex. you can evolve him/her into vaporeon-water stone.....flareon-fire stone.....or jolteon-electric stone. hope i helped

Espeon- psychc type- you get it by treating it with kindness(or leveling it up yourself in battle without the daycare or rare candys) and evolving it during the day. but if you evolve it were you get another evolution then it wont work. 2.Umbreon- dark type- you get it by treating it with kindness during the night. like Espeon only at night. 3.Leafeon- Grass type- you train it with kindnes and then evolve it by a rock located in the forest. there should be a "Mossy" rock to train it by. 4. Glaceone- ice type- train it with kindness then evolve it in the snow. there should be a "Very Cold" rock to train it by. 5. Vaporeon- water type- use a water stone on your eevee 6. you must trade it to platinum pearl or diamond and level it up by the moss rock. as long as you trade it back to the original trainer afterwords, it wont act like a traded pokemon, so make sure your eevee is from your heartgold game.

you wont obtain a glaceon in the hatching process but you must put him/her in the daycare with ditto... Then you will get a egg, hatch it and you will get an eevee

To my knowledge (not there yet) I assume eevee is male and evee needs to female to mate with ditto (as all pokemon)
