Why won't my new video card the ATI radeon 3850 run any 3D games the computer tells me it's not digitally signed also?
This sounds like a driver issue,
go to the ATI site and download the latest drivers for your 3850,
make sure you select the right operating system 32 bit or 64 bit
(i assume u have a 64 bit OS).
Uninstall any graphics card driver that might be installed(ATI/Nvidia/Matrox),
reboot your system and install the drivers you just downloaded,
reboot and hopefully the issue is solved.
