it may happend that woozworld has technical problems or the website is broken so they try to ficks it. but dont worry me too it doesnt load somethimes

Because club penguin is a busy website, it can't load very quickly. It also depends on if you have good broadband or not. My broadband is quite fast and club penguin takes about 30 seconds to load.
