Lets be real here though...if it reallytruly is bothering you that bad, then you should most likely get it checked. Instead of coming onto the Internet to find answers that are probably not all real and/or true. I mean what if it is something serious and something terrible happens...you never know. Expect the worst but hope for the best. This is justthe way I see it and with a sincere heart. I hope this helps you and motivates you to pay a visit to your doc :)
The word pairs include "bend bunking" which may have been meant to be bed bunking.

Bend over ill show you ;)
this can be caused by cramp
Your stomach is on the left side of your body and cramp sometimes will happen if you haven't had enough calcium In actual fact it is not your stomach that you are referring to, but your abdomen of which your stomach is just one part. The gurgle and cramp before a bowel movement is usually due to peristalsis (the normal progressive contractions of bowel) in the left flexure of the greater colon as it forces air and faeces round this difficult bend into the descending colon. All this is an essential part of the final bowel movement.

You have either hurt your leg badly or broken it.
Unless it's hurting bad right now, call your doctor and set up an appointment sometime soon.
No... Not necesarily. you need more hardcore exercise... not weak stretches/
It means to bend at the waist and lower your head toward your knees - think of the position when you have a stomach-ache.
You need to be checked for appendicitis The above answer is a good one, but also colon problems (spastic colon) can cause this as well as bacteria or parasites. It's best to see your doctor and they will give you something to take a stool sample in and off to the lab. It may also be a nervous stomach or an inflamed duodenum or, simply trapped gas. Still, see your doctor.
well i have back problems, and whenever i sleep on my stomach i get it really bad the next day. when i lay down and exhale it actually hurts really bad throughout my spine and takes about 20 seconds before it doesnt hurt. Try not to lift with your arms and back, bend down close to the object and lift with your back straight and knees bent, that will help with not hurting it further
It depends how it has been constructed
Put your hand flat On a wall then really fastly bend it forward shouldnt really hurt or you can do a handstand(if you know how) and put all your wieght on one wrist
There were many rumors stating that George Washington could bend a horse shoe. This has been stated in many books.
