The hand never gives a reason. But if you talk to Cawlin he'll give you a love letter, and you can give it to the hand in the toilet. Afterwards, you'll get 5 gratitude crystals from the ghost. The ghost will read the letter and fall in love with Cawlin, haunting him in Groose's room every night.

Most official Legend of Zelda posters that have been produced were limited edition items. I happen to have an Ocarina of Time poster that came with a subscription to Nintendo Power. If you join Club Nintendo, you can receive a Legend of Zelda poster as a prize. Since these posters are limited editions, you can't really buy them anywhere except on sites that sell them second-hand, like ebay.com.
Zelda is the princess of Hyrule in the Legend of Zelda games. She has the Triforce of her hand, representing wisdom, in other words, she's very wise. Zelda is one of the three people who possess the Triforce. The other two are Link and Ganondorf. In some games, like in The Minish Cap, Zelda possesses an unusual power called the Light Force. It protects her from harm and such. In other games, like Twilight Princess, Zelda can obtain a Light Bow from the Light Spirits in every province in Hyrule. She uses that bow to help Link destroy Ganondorf. And there are so many other games in which Zelda has other powers.....

There is one south of Falador, west of the farming patch, in the farm house. For additional locations, learn to do the following: 1) On the one hand, you can use a RuneScape reference, such as runescape.wikia.com. 2) On the other hand, you can open the World Map, open the legend to the left, and click on "Loom" to specifically locate looms.
Your hand
That, my good sir, is the Triforce of Courage. Its on the right hand, even though Link is left handed.

If you have an AR (Action Replay, it's a cheat device) put the Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass into the AR and when it comes up, it'll either say " Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass" In a big box on the top screen of the DS. If you don't have the ID for it, It will say " Unknown Game" and the ID No. will appear in a box in the lower left-hand corner of your top screen. If you don't have an AR, then good luck finding the ID...
Yes, but not directly from Nintendo anymore. You can likely get it from a bidding site like eBay or from a second-hand games store.
The whistle is in the top right hand corner, in case you haven't noticed. To blow it touch the whistle with your stylus and pull it down.
There is a little rope at the top right hand corner of the touch screen while you are riding the train. If you pull on it the whistle will blow.
