The cartridge may be broke, or your dsi is broke, make sure it's not either or these else if it is, Do you have warrenty on it?
You don't give enough info... Do other games work on it? if they do then your dsi is fine, it's the game that won't work... or It's a phantom... open the cartidge up and check where was the game bought? You must always put in info like this :) i will reply to you soon!
That probably happens because you didn't put it in correctly or you need to blow the back to get any dust out .Because if dust clogges it it wont read the data and it will say that there is no game inserted in the game slot .hope this helped!
Make sure the SD card is inserted either you have to look at your photo's in the game or in the SD card menu on the Wii menu.
There are many reasons why a Nintendo DS game may keep freezing, but the most common issue is dust in the game card.
its either your ds is old like mine but just try until it works it works for me.
im said that to ive triedevrey thing youre going to have buy a new one

The R4DS cartridge is to be inserted into the DS's Slot 1, as a regular Game Card would be inserted, the label facing away from the console.
If your DS is set to automatically load games, then you must remove the game card currently inserted into the system and turn it on with no game inserted to access the menu. Note that this behavior only applies to the game card slot. If you have a DS or DS Lite, GBA games will not load automatically.
yes yes it will. you can use memory cards for games if you choose
If you were to buy a completed Pokemon game, you would also need the memory card that was used in the game unit at the time of play. Save data is not stored on the disc, but on the memory card inserted in the game unit.
There are four possiblilities: 1. Just blow onto the electronic reading part of the game card and into the ds game slot hole. 2. The game card is broken 3. The ds is broken. 4. It could somehow have nothing on it ( the game card)
Nintendo DS game saves are stored on the game chip, not the console.

Just move the memory card to its left direction!
To use the Memory Card, all you have to do is insert the Memory card in Slot A. When prompted to save in a video game, the game will automatically save onto the card that is inserted into Slot A. If you do touch the Memory Card or the POWER button, the Memory card will be damaged and the save data will become corrupted. You will then have to Delete the File and start the game all over again.
In the movies they have amazing abilities, but in the card game, nothing is written on them so technically they do nothing in the game.
