Because Feebas is a rare Pokémon that cannot be caught easily, thus it is uncommon and difficult to catch, let alone finding one in the wild.

Where can feebas be caught in plantuim?

Yes, in Mt. Coronet. Fly to Celestic Town and go west into Mt. Coronet and then go north and you will see a lake. You need a Super Rod to find Feebas. So use the Super Rod on a random tile of water until you find 2 Pokémon. If neither are Feebas, then go to a different tile. Keep repeating this step until you find Feebas. Feebas is hard to find, but easy to catch. Feebas is only in 4 tiles of water and has a 50% chance to be found on those 4 tiles and changes every day.

How can you get a Feebas in Pokemon diamond?

Go to Mt. Corpnet and go fishing. But, they are only found in 4 hidden spots. Fish 5 times in one spot. If a Feebas doesn't show up, Do this until you successfully find a Feebas. If you want more, keep fishing in that spot. The hidden spots change daily.

Where do you find a red Gyarados in emerald?

First level a magikarp at level 40 don't let it evolve at level 20.When your magikarp is level 40 use a sunstone it will evolve into a RED GYARADOS. THIS IS A HOAX!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.Are you sure because i tried to level up my magikarp from level 35 to 40 without evolving it. then i tried to use a sun stone on magikarp but the stone didn't work on magikarp. you must be lying.of course he is lying if you could use a sunstone on magikarp then they would have done it on the show basically i think this is true you go to sootopollis and keep fishing till you find a gold magikarp and then you can continue from that evolves into red gyarados i think i got it from someone who told me im still looking anyway hoped it helped.

What is the easiest way to find shiny Magikarp in Pokemon gold and are there any tips or tricks to getting him?

You could always cheat, but otherwise just keep getting into battles with Magikarp, or breed them, and you'll get one eventually. Go and catch the red gyarados from lake of rage. Go to the grass near the daycare centre, and catch a ditto. Give the Ditto and Shiny Gyarados to the daycare people. After sometime they'll give you an egg. Walk around with it, and it will evantually hatch. It will be a Shiny Magikarp.
