Get a Palkia in Pokemon Pearl(that's the only game you can get Palkia in unless you trade or use AR) then turn on your DS and make sure you have Wi Fi Connection. Now select Battle Pass(or something like that) on your Wii if you're playing Pokemon Battle Revolution on it. Now you can copy your Palkia and it will be in the storage. You can only use it on a Custom Pass. It won't let you use it on a Rental Pass. Hope this helped. Also, you can get Palkia in Pokemon Platinum, too.
