You can trade Darkrai, Shaymin and Manaphy however you can't trade them via the GTS if you got them through store events because they have the Classic Ribbon on them which prevents them from being put onto the GTS however you can still trade them through local wireless trading or even through Wi-Fi trading by exchanging Friend Codes.
