The company who produces the Wii has determined what the price will be based on the cost of producing it as well as marketing studies to determine how much the market will bear in terms of price. Judging from how many have been sold, I imagine that the price seems right to a lot of people. the wii had a price range of 30 dollars (used) to at least 200 dollars or higher. One of the reasons the makes the wii so expensive is the motion control wii remotes and alot more motion controlled items.
