From a very attractive person's point of view who also has very attractive friends (and I mean professional models, male and female), I can tell you right now that many of us don't get approached by genuine people, emphasis on genuine. Guys would look at me but only from a distance and never go for it. Being attractive people assume that you would be shallow, high-maintenance and only wanting someone that just stepped out of an Abercrombie ad, when all we want is a genuine person (that we're attracted to of course) who treats us like human beings. Instead what we get are players and clubrats/groupies, people no one really wants to get into a real relationship with. It's unfortunate because it does get lonely at times wondering and waiting for that one person to save us from the curse of being too attractive.
