Beats me. I've had that problem with roms before. I think it's caused by a corruption in the rom; you can't really do anything about it except download the game from a different site (after deleting the one that doesn't work, of course). CoolRom.com is the only site I know of with GBA games--if theirs doesn't work, you'll just have to do the annoying websurfing thing....
