1. Shadow wins because all he has to do is to kill Mario with Chaos Blast.
2. In my opinion, Mario would win.
3. Shadow runs faster than Mario. Shadow can freeze time, and then Shadow would keep on kicking and punching Mario until Mario was defeated. Also, Shadow would win by just shooting Mario with his shadow rifle.
