Who is the Ancient Minister in Brawl?

Warning: Spoilers ahead. This is kinda a major part of the story. The Ancient Minister happens to be one of the ROBs. This ROB is the one that is a playable character. This also explains why the Minister usually looks down in depression whenever a Subspace Bomb goes off, since, no matter what, two other ROBs must be sacrificed in the process, either because the bomb needs to be held open in order for it to explode, or because the ROBs' bodies are locked up once the bomb is activated.
