Who is stronger Goku or cell?

Well, before the Cell Games, goku is stronger than cell what's stated by Karin aswell as by Goku himself, but during the Cell Games Goku is as strong as Cell or even stronger, as Goku could have won the battle with the Instant Transmission Kamehameha.

After Goku's Kamehameha, Cell regenerates and due his Saiyan Genes he became more powerful, because he was near death. After the Cell Games, so during Majin Boo Saga, Goku became stronger and stronger until he reached SSJ2, what's about equal with Cell power, and surpassed even the Super Saiyan 2 and reached the Super Saiyan 3. As Super Saiyan 3 Goku should not have any problems with beating Cell at all, as his powerlevel is about twice as high as the of Cell.
