you battle with a burmy in a building(NOT the resteraunt!)
There are three different types. -Plant Cloak Burmy is the one with green leaves -Sandy Cloak Burmy is yellow -Trash Cloal Burmy is pink
Take any type of Burmy and have it battle in a city or town like area.
Burmy has three different types of cloaks; trash, sand, and grass. Depending on where your burmy's last battle was, it will change its cloak to match the area.Grass cloak - battle in a forest or grasslands type areaTrash cloak - battle in a city or urban type of areaSand cloak - battle in a mountainous or dessert type of areaThis is important if your burmy is female, because the type of cloak your burmy is wearing when it evolves affects what type of wormadam it evolves into. However, if your burmy is male, it will evolve into mothem, which is not affected by the type of cloak burmy was previously wearing. After your burmy battles in a grassy or forest type of area, it will change into a grass cloak.Make your Burmy battle in a city or town type of area (for example, the Jubilife TV Station) and it will change to a trash cloak.
There is only one form of Burmy, and it changes cloaks depending on the last place it battled. It will have the Plant Cloak if it last battled outdoors, Trash Cloak if it last battled in a building, and Sandy Cloak if it last battled in a cave. But once the female Burmy evolves, it keeps the last cloak that it had forever, and bases its types off of the cloak. The cloak does not affect male Burmy or its evolution (Mothim) any any way.

You can breed Burmy or Wormadam with trash cloak and a Ditto resulting in egg that will hatch into Burmy with trash cloak Breed two Burmy's with different cloaks and the resulting egg will have the cloak of the female.
no . burmy has no snow cloak form . it only has the leaf , trash and sand cloaks .
You can't, to get the Wormadam trash claok you have to evolve a female burmy with trash cloak. To get a burmy to switch to the trash cloak you need to battle with it in an urban or man made area; I suggest the Fuego Ironworks which you can reach by surfing west and then north on the body of water north of Florama town.
To get Burmy with the trash cloak form on Pokemon Diamond it needs to have previously battled in a building. Gyms and the Elite Four is a good place to change a Burmy's cloak to trash due to them having a large number of trainers in them.
It will be a bug and steel type
The Burmy's cloak depends on where you last used it in battle. A plant cloak in grass, sand cloak in caves or beaches and a trash cloak in buildings.
