Gottlieb was bought by Columbia Pictures. Coca-Cola bought Columbia Pictures and then sold it to Sony and it became Sony Pictures. The rights to Q*bert have been handed down through these many sales and aquisitions, so now Q*bert is owned by the Digital Networks division of Sony Pictures. The most current version of the game is as a PlayStation 3 downloadable game. It's been available from Sony Station since 2007.
