In Pokémon Firered, to reach Giovanni in the Silph Co building you need to find the Card Key on the fifth floor, which will involve you fighting many grunts to reach.After getting the Card Key go back to the third floor and use it to open the locked doors then use the teleporter on the far left. Lastly, follow the next teleporter to reach the room where Giovanni is hiding.
