Go to Veilstone city. On your way to the gym, turn right. There should be 2 houses. I'm not entirely sure which is which, but one has a massage girl and another has a clown. Talk to the clown. He will ask you which hand the coin is in. Just keep picking his right hand, and he will give you a coin case.(PS did you ever think of talking to people when you get stuck?
