Dragonballs are a very very rare drop from mobs. The easiest way to get dbs is to buy them for real money if you don't mind spending real money on a free game. The other options are to save your in-game money and buy them from other players on the market. The only other places I know of that give out dbs are by killing the guild beast *WARNING: if you are not in the guild that won the guild war, attempting to kill the guild beast will get you on quite a few kill-on-site lists* also there is said to be a db mob that respawns once every 12 hours on the second screen of metzone. You will have to research that and search for maps online for more info on this one.
