you can find zigzagoon in the pokewalker. it is only available after you defeat the Pokemon league. gain 5000 watts in total and unlock the hoenn field. you can also catch linoone there but it's very rare. if you battle a wurmple, return your Pokemon to the pokewalker and try with a fighting, electric, or fire Pokemon. this will improve your chances of catching one.
