There are two ways to get Wailord . The first and easiest way is to get a Wailmer. Level it up to level 40, and it will evolve. The other way is to surf around route 129. If you do it this way, it will probably take you days to capture it, so I do not recommend it. Wailord is a Pokemon needed to find the Regis Trio.
