It's the Hard Drive on the top or the Memory Card which will be on the front. The hardrive is the big grey thing with a silver strip down the middle of it. It has two buttons that need to be pushed to remove it. The Memory Card can just be pulled out.

This has happened to me afew time. What did was clear the cache to do that follow these steps: 1. Go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings 2. Select Memory. 3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller 4. Select Clear System Cache. 5. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes. Hope this solves the issue
