It's the Hard Drive on the top or the Memory Card which will be on the front. The hardrive is the big grey thing with a silver strip down the middle of it. It has two buttons that need to be pushed to remove it. The Memory Card can just be pulled out.

Long Answer: Don't know how you got a save game file onto the USB device, if it was from a PC then you won't be able to access the file from the XBOX 360 as the two have different file types for games.
